Health Insurance Reimbursement Program
We are partners with a Optum, One Pass, SCAN, Active&Fit, Aaptiv Enterprise, Aaptiv Access, Active&Fit, and Silver&Fit, who partner with your health insurance company to set up reimbursements. (Update: Adaptiv Enterprise added 06/27/23)
The one most active in our area is through United Health Care (UHC) and is called Renew Active/One Pass/Aaptiv Enterprise.
Reimbursement is dependent on your Fitness Network:
Commercial (Elite) - Reimburses up to 10 visits monthly at $15/visit, with a total of $150 per month.
Medicare/Medicaid (Premium) - Reimburses up to 4 visits monthly at $15/visit, with a total of $60 per month
You’ll need to download and track your own attendance (in addition to our Push Press app protocol) through an app call Veritap Concierge Health https://veritap.conciergehealth.co/login
Here are the steps to get started:
Email info@flxrfitness.com with your member number to let us know you are ready to begin and we can check eligibility.
Download the Concierge Health VeriTap App. https://veritap.conciergehealth.co/login
Once you download that app, you’ll create a new account, select your Health Insurance Program and scan the Veritap device that’s above the check-in tablet. It’s a small white puck that will verify that you were in the building.
Each day you arrive, please open your app and scan the Veritap device.
