2023 FLxR STREET FIGHT

“The first rule of Street Fight is you talk about Street Fight. The second rule of Street Fight is you talk about Street Fight.”

Welcome to our 4th annual intramural competition: STREET FIGHT!

In this 3-person team based event, members of all experience levels will battle as partners to hold the title of Champion. Who will take home the trophy and hold bragging rights?

The 2023 FLxR's STREET FIGHT kicks off November 18th. This is a FLxR family and friends only competition. We hope to have fun with the sport of CrossFit as well to challenge you to push yourself like you may never have before!  Yes, this is a competition! Movement standards will be upheld and together we will keep each other accountable as judges. Don’t worry! We aren’t doing anything here that you haven’t done before and we are here to encourage you! We want everyone to feel accomplished at the end of the competition. As always, reach out to Ren or Micah so that we can answer any questions.

We are bringing something fun and fresh to this year’s events. Can you guess what it is?!?
